The material provided by Google
Apps are continually evolving with over 100 modifications made in 2011 alone as Google improve and extend the feature list. Consequently there is an almost continual roll-out of how to docs and videos. It is always advisable to check the Apps Status Dashboard for any known issues.

Most of our configuration choices come with Support included in the price, this ranges from 5 days to 60 days depending on the configuration best suited to your needs. We also offer paid for Support where the cost is clearly identifiable and controllable and the Support purchased is valid for up to one year from the date of issue.

Conclusion
